Refund Policy

Effective August 2026. This policy governs refunds on AlphaSteel purchased through alphazsteel.com.

1. The window

Refund requests are accepted for 60 days from the date your order is placed, not from the date it is delivered. The manufacturer recommends at least 30 days of use before evaluating the product.

2. Eligible purchases

Only orders placed on alphazsteel.com are eligible. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, auction sites or resellers are outside authorized distribution and cannot be refunded by us.

3. Condition of goods

Opened and partially used bottles are eligible. We do not require you to return product to receive a refund. If a return address is issued in an unusual case, it arrives with your refund confirmation.

4. What is refunded

The purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges paid on the two-bottle package are not refunded. Digital bonus materials are yours to keep.

5. How to request

Email [email protected] from the address used at checkout with your order number. We confirm within one business day.

6. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card issuers usually post the credit within five to ten business days. We have no control over that timing.

7. Late or disputed requests

Requests received after the 60-day window are reviewed individually. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first slow the process for everyone; one email is faster.
